Terms of Service
Last updated: August 6, 2026
These terms explain what YachtReel provides, what you promise about the content you upload, and how billing and responsibility work. They are written in plain language on purpose — please read them before using the service.
1. What YachtReel does
YachtReel is a software service operated by Bond4 LLC, a Florida limited liability company. The service generates marketing videos for yacht listings using artificial intelligence. You supply photos, listing details, logos, and text; the service uses AI models to plan, generate, and assemble video content from that material. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Bond4 LLC governing your use of the website, the studio, and everything the service produces for you.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using YachtReel on behalf of a brokerage or other company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and “you” means that company.
2. AI-generated content — no guarantees
Everything YachtReel produces is generated by artificial intelligence. AI output is inherently variable: the quality, accuracy, and suitability of generated videos, images, captions, and narration are not guaranteed. Outputs may contain errors, visual artifacts, inaccurate depictions of the vessel, or details that differ from your source photos or listing facts. Two generations from the same inputs may produce different results.
The service and all outputs are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing every output before you use it.
3. Your content — you must own it
You represent and warrant that you own, or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use, every photo, video, listing description, logo, brand asset, and piece of text you upload to YachtReel — and that granting us the right to process that material to generate videos for you does not violate anyone else's rights.
You agree not to upload content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights; content you obtained from a photographer, brokerage, or listing platform without permission; or content that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section.
You keep ownership of the material you upload. You grant YachtReel a limited license to store, process, and transform it solely to operate the service and generate your videos.
4. Your responsibility for how outputs are used
You are solely responsible for how you use, publish, and distribute the videos and other content YachtReel generates for you. That includes ensuring your marketing complies with applicable advertising, brokerage, and listing regulations; that claims about a vessel (specifications, condition, price, availability) are accurate; and that AI-generated imagery is not presented in a way that misleads buyers about the actual condition or features of the yacht.
YachtReel is not a party to any transaction between you and your clients or buyers, and is not liable for your use of generated outputs, including any losses, disputes, or regulatory action arising from how you publish or rely on them.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YachtReel and its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) content you upload to the service, including any claim that it infringes a third party's rights; (b) your use, publication, or distribution of generated outputs; or (c) your breach of these Terms.
6. Billing, credits, and refunds
Subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits that resets at the start of every billing cycle; unused plan credits do not roll over to the next cycle. Purchased credit packs are separate from plan credits and do not expire.
Credits are debited for each generation you run. If a generation partially fails, credits are still debited for the costs actually incurred before the failure. Fees and credits are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
We may change plan pricing or credit rates going forward; changes take effect at your next billing cycle and never retroactively.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YachtReel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of or related to the service — even if we have been advised such damages are possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YachtReel's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the service is capped at the fees you paid to YachtReel in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use YachtReel to create or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing; to misrepresent a vessel or listing; to attempt to circumvent usage limits, credits, or security controls; to reverse-engineer the service; or to resell access to the service without our written permission.
9. Termination
You may stop using YachtReel and cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including sections 3–7) survive termination.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the studio. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought in a state or federal court located in Florida, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.
